“The Ceiling” is a bitter, yet comical story that portrays a couple in crisis. It is a short journey into the deconstruction of a once solid and loving relationship. The story revolves around a male character who realizes that his relationship is not working anymore and he wants to end it. The ceiling is a symbol of that relationship – it is damaged and is hanging over their heads threatening to fall down if not mended. As it happens so often in real life, relatively small cracks in the ceiling rapidly widen into a dividing fissure. Less Info
