“TORNO SUBITO” is our movie. It is the world’s first free movie on the web in HD! To watch it you don’t need to take your car, look for a park and neither get any ticket.
We are not a production company. We are not an association.
We are only a group of people working in cinema industry who have got only one purpose in life: demostrate that is possible make a movie not being “sons of…” or “f**king with…”
We succeded in it? We can’t say it: what do you think? Watch our movie and contac tus!
For us, making a movie is like playing in a team. And the tim who win isnt’ that one made by champions, maybe talented but selfish. The winning team is that one in which really exist the team… where everyone respect his role and the other ones… where the champions give and hand to the newbies… where the score is most important than doing acrobatics… where the team playing believing that with a lot of willing and some good luck, the results will come.
None of us was believing that we will succeed in shooting this movie when we met for the first time. It was a cold afternoon of December. Thanks to the social networks we find ourself. And it happened. We made a movie. We imagined it. We shot it. We edited it. And we distributed it in Italy, reaching about 1 million spectators in three months. Now we want to take our movie abroad. And we want to do it with the help of everyone who knows how to use the web and want to help us.
The film has been shot in high definition. This format permit to print our movie on film and proiect it in cinemas without losing details.
Our feature film cost: nothing
None of us perceived any retribution for this movie. We don't asked for any loan or any financing. Everyone shared what he have to share. Someone put the camera, someother the microphone, some people their experience and some their stomach-ache.
This movie had a low impact on the enviroment. We used flash memories, rewritable infinite times, insthead the normal tapes. Every object you see in the movie has been taken from our garrets or in flee markets. The crew has moved using car sharing or using public buses and trains.

Xcorps Action Sports Show #38.) XCORR-2 seg.4 - This high RPM Xcorps episode delivers big horse off road race action with continuing coverage of the CORR off-road motor sports race series held at the The Quarry racetrack in Chula Vista California.
Show host Jason Lazo opens it up south of San Diego in Chula Vista California right along the Mexican border reporting on the new CORR off-road races. The X HD cams rolled from all angles on this new style of motor sports with Jason trackside in the high horse jammin war zone of V8 noise, flying gravel and fast trucks! Suburban Records band Dirtball matches the action level with their song "RockRoll"! Raptillian Baby!
See high rev mud slinging action backed by a screaming spectator crowd of over 10,000 with Baja and NASCAR drivers banging it up and going BIG off kickers and berms easily covering 10 truck lengths through the air! It's loud and Jason's proud to be there covering all the moves over the mile long course carved into a mountain - an old stone quarry on the Mexican border - making for a great view of the action from the stands. Sub NoiZe Records band Hed PE pumps it up with their new video "Suffa". Sick POV action shots here from cameras in the rigs as well as from an over-head cable cam capable of 100MPH+ provided by Perpetual Motion.
The next segment rolls hard and fast with more CORR carnage action and The Kottonmouth Kings presenting their rip-hop video 'Living Proof' to the XC audience. Nice Hollywood style shoot-out here to the dirt track action that includes mass destruction and vehicle punch-outs-flips-rolls and fire all over the Chula Vista track!
The segments pound on with more Sub NoiZe music from the Humble Gods pushing their tune 'Destroy' - only the strongest survive! Another nice fit!
In the pits Jason talks to MX legend Jeremy McGrath about CORR and his crossover to 4 wheels! See what he says. After that the relentless high-powered action continues with Jason hanging with a Mariachi band and the sweet Monster girls! More shots here of high priced truck demolition along with mixed cool edit effects and insane airborne race action POV Xcorps style!
Rolling the pits J Man then speaks to CORR drivers Josh Baldwin, Ricky Johnson and Alan Pflueger who talk about their winning race strategies and what they think of CORR! See wide open race moves cut with a new video from the band Junkyard Prophet jamming their song 'Remember Me' presented by RIVE. Sweet fit!
After the break Jason returns to X Zone trackside for more dirt motor racing with the start of the Super Buggy category of off-road motosports fueled by Dirtballs song 'Batter Swing' - a song about baseball that works for these racing shots too!
Jason catches up with race event organizer Deanne Vernengo who talks about the races and the rugged track.
The show closes out with Jason ducking flying gravel and the Humble Gods doing their song 'Destroy' along more sick cable cam and in car POV video from Chula Vista at cool outdoor track called 'The Quarry'.
CORR - Championship Offroad Racing is race genre born from the Baja Mexico 500/1000 races which led to the development of a wide range of tough custom 2 and 4 wheel drive off-road race vehicles including 800HP trucks with massive suspensions along with Pro Lite street style trucks, dirt buggies, trophy carts, ATV's and Rhino racers. James Baldwin was instrumental in developing and bringing the races to the people with stadium style race events championed by Mickey Thompson in the 1960's. Now many members of the Baldwin family help manage, promote and race in CORR events.
Keeping it fresh with CORR motor sports this show includes a new Xcorps music theme by host Jason Lazo!

http://www.a3film.com - This big-screen adaptation of Land of the Lost stars Will Ferrell as Dr. Rick Marshall, a quantum paleontologist who has been discredited in the scientific world due to his strident belief in time travel as the cure for all of humanity's problems. After hitting an all-time low, giving a lecture to elementary school kids, Dr. Marshall meets an ambitious young scientist named Holly (Anna Friel), who tells him she has followed all his work and believes he's a genius. Spurred on by her enthusiasm, he finishes building the device that will allow him to time travel -- something he promptly does along with Holly, and white-trash fireworks salesman Will (Danny McBride), after Will leads them into a cave that seems like a promising place to test the new machine. They end up in a world full of dinosaurs, sand, and scary lizard-like creatures known as Sleestacks. They quickly lose the machine that brought them to this alternate universe, and if they ever want to return home, the trio must recover it with the help of Chaka (Jorma Taccone), the monkey-like friend they make in this strange place. ~ Perry Seibert, All Movie Guide

© 2008.
Jack, a delinquent teenage boy, runs away in hopes of reuniting with Jesse, the gay father Jack hasn’t spoken to in seven years. Jack’s timing couldn’t be worse. To the shock of his father and his father’s partner, Connor, the boy shows up in the middle of their marriage proposal. Even more shocking, both Connor and Jack didn’t know the other existed. The party transforms into a true Dynasty moment as Connor and Jack storm out in opposite directions.
Torn between the two, Jesse doesn’t know whom to go to first. The couple’s snarky best friend, Patrick, takes charge. He shoos Jesse after Connor and then rushes after the boy himself. Patrick’s love for his friends, his pity for the confused boy before him, and the “blunt” Jack pulls from his backpack all help Patrick convince the boy to stay. Meanwhile, Jesse is less successful. Connor packs a bag and goes… across the street to stay with the neighbor, Dale.
Tense weeks go by as Jesse and Jack try to rebuild their relationship. However, even as father and son make progress, Jesse can’t seem to patch things up with Connor. The couple continues to drift further and further apart.
Dale watches as Connor acquires a glut of new habits – going days without bathing, strewing trash, and drinking continuously – until he can’t take anymore. Dale teams up with Patrick (a la I Love Lucy) to step in, intervene, and accelerate the healing process.
The plan works! The couple reunites, Jack gets back on track, wedding arrangements are made, and everyone blends into one big happy family. Until… There’s a knock at the door. It’s two weeks before the ceremony, and the son’s girlfriend, Cara, is standing there. Scared, alone, and VERY pregnant. At this pivotal moment, can this group of gay men convince the straight boy to “man up”? Will the coming baby get more presents than the happy couple? And, more importantly, can Jesse endure his new title: Grandpa?
What makes Timing unique is that it is based on actual events from the author’s life. This personal touch strikes a chord of realism while remaining laugh-out-loud funny. You walk away feeling like you know the characters personally, just like the author. (Less)

Terra Madre is a project conceived by Slow Food, the philosophy of which evolved over the the organization’s history and crystallized at its realization that “eating is an agricultural act and producing is a gastronomic act.” Slow Food had always stood for the pleasures of the table, for the importance of good-tasting food, and for the defense of cultures facing growing homogenization as a result of today’s so-called modern rationales regarding production, distribution, and economies of scale. It was where these “rationales” were leading that brought Slow Food to realize the need to protect and support small producers, and to change the systems that put them in danger by bringing together those players with decision-making power: consumers, educational institutions, chefs and cooks, agricultural research entities, NGOs, etc. It became clear that it is only through repeated, cumulative, local action, following a guiding global vision, that a significant impact can be achieved.
Thus Terra Madre was born: To give voice and visibility to the rural food producers who populate our world. To raise their awareness, as well as that of the population at large, of the value of their work. To sustain their ability to work under the best conditions, for all of our good and for the good of the planet. For these reasons, constructing a global network—with information-sharing tools, the means to learn from each other, and opportunities for collaboration in many ways—seemed invaluable. We must continue to have fertile lands, lands on which sprout and grow plants and animals appropriate to those environments, rather than needing to be pumped full of chemicals to make them thrive artificially. And we must also continue to have the people capable of stewarding these lands, to have their know-how, so we can have food that still carries the tastes of our youth.
The inaugural gathering of Terra Madre launched the network in 2004 in Torino, and was on an unprecedented scale. This first edition brought together 5000 producers from 130 countries and shone global media attention on their crisis. The second edition was in 2006, and incorporated an additional 1000 cooks, from renowned to modest, but all aware of their role relative to high-quality food producers. Also in attendance were 400 researchers and academics, seeking to bridge the theory of their work with hands-on practice.
A project of this scope could never have come into being without a dedicated core of partners. Slow Food rallied public institutions as well as local, regional, and national bodies to collectively form the Terra Madre Foundation, further partnering with private companies and numerous like-minded networks, some of which were established specially for the event. Part Two in "Death of a Neuron," an anti-drug trilogy. In this paranoid odyssey of adolescent change, three best friends try to make their first feature film. As they progress with this fantasy, reality fades into the absurd. An ironic and naturalistic critique of suburban youth culture. Metaphorical, surrealist and lewd, the film breathes randomness.
While a great deal of absurdist fiction is humorous in nature, the hallmark of the genre is not humor, but rather the study of human behavior under circumstances that are highly unusual. Unlike many other forms of literature, absurdist works will not necessarily have a traditional plot structure (i.e. rising action, climax, falling action). Similarly, the “moral” of the story is generally not explicit, and the characters are often ambiguous in nature. It would be accurate to describe absurdism and absurdist fiction as an "acquired taste." The genre is a favorite among scholars because it lends itself so well to interpretation, discussion and debate.
Created for an avant-garde film course. It is an experimental piece.

http://www.a3film.com - Director Neill Blomkamp teams with producer Peter Jackson for this tale of extraterrestrial refugees stuck in contemporary South Africa. It's been thirty years since the aliens made first contact, but there was never any attack from the skies, nor any profound technological revelation capable of advancing our society. Instead, the aliens were treated as refugees. They were the last of their kind, and in order to accommodate them the government of South Africa set up a makeshift home in District 9 as politicians and world leaders debated how to handle the situation. As the humans begin to grow wary of the unwelcomed intruders, a private company called Multi-National United (MNU) is assigned the task of controlling the aliens. But MNU is less interested in the aliens' welfare than attempting to understand how their weaponry works. Should they manage to make that breakthrough, they will receive tremendous profits to fund their research. Unfortunately, the highly advanced weaponry requires alien DNA to activate. When MNU field operative Wikus van der Merwe (Sharlto Copley) contracts an unusual virus that causes his DNA to mutate, the tensions between the aliens and the humans intensifies. Wikus is the key to unlocking the alien's technology, and he quickly becomes the most wanted man on the planet. Ostracized and isolated, Wikus retreats to District 9 in a desperate bid to shake his dogged pursuers. Jason Buchanan, All Movie Guide. (Less)
