Real N Raw!
So what is “Real N' Raw?" It is a solutions focused film about reclaiming health and wellbeing. The Director Matty was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis at age 5 after being symptomatic for two years. At age 12 he was told if he did not have his bowel removed and replaced with a colostomy bag he would have cancer by age 19 and not live to see 30. Today he is 35 and is a picture of health. This is a story that gives hope to us in understanding that disease is not a mystery. Health is here if you want it.
Matty is also a top animation artist, who has worked with Warner Brothers, Disney and more. He was trained by one of Disney's top animators and is a co-founder of Animators-Ink. Matty wanted to share what he has learned in the best way he knew by directing our independent film "Real N’ Raw".
“Real N’ Raw” is about reclaiming our health using simple and easy to access solutions. We hope that no child has to go through what Matty went through.
The film is dedicated to our children and to future generations.

Our Vision
At Fruit For Our Children, we seek to restore individual and community health in a simple, natural way. We invite you to become part of an inspiring possibility, to join us in nurturing a positive vision of an abundant future: one which is healthier, happier and less stressful. There are many possible visions of abundance; ours is an abundance of healthy, nutritious fruit, freely available to all, the length and breadth of Aotearoa, New Zealand.
We envision
* growing fruit trees organically, with less toxins and more nutrients
* producing a range of fruit varieties locally, to shorten the distance between the
orchard and the table
* helping create vibrant, healthy communities, through recognition of common needs
and goals
* empowering people of all ages to plant fruit trees on local Marae and the
commons; in church yards, back yards, school yards, town and country
* connecting children with nature, to improve their vitality and overall quality of and
reverence for life

Part Two in "Death of a Neuron," an anti-drug trilogy. In this paranoid odyssey of adolescent change, three best friends try to make their first feature film. As they progress with this fantasy, reality fades into the absurd. An ironic and naturalistic critique of suburban youth culture. Metaphorical, surrealist and lewd, the film breathes randomness.
While a great deal of absurdist fiction is humorous in nature, the hallmark of the genre is not humor, but rather the study of human behavior under circumstances that are highly unusual. Unlike many other forms of literature, absurdist works will not necessarily have a traditional plot structure (i.e. rising action, climax, falling action). Similarly, the “moral” of the story is generally not explicit, and the characters are often ambiguous in nature. It would be accurate to describe absurdism and absurdist fiction as an "acquired taste." The genre is a favorite among scholars because it lends itself so well to interpretation, discussion and debate.
Created for an avant-garde film course. It is an experimental piece.

Vision. Leadership. Expertise. Monster.
Who the hell is running things anyway? Is he man or beast, machine or god? Toronto, New York, London, Tokyo – BUSINESS AS USUAL invites you along for a psychotic ride through the financial power capitals of the world. Described as an art-film version of ‘The Corporation’, BUSINESS AS USUAL presents unusual representations through a more than usual character; the generic businessman. Gestures were filmed in front of stock exchange buildings in TORONTO (TSX), NEW YORK (NYSE), LONDON (FTSE) AND TOKYO (TSE) and edited as a collage-in-motion, combining location, gesture and image manipulation.
BUSINESS AS USUAL reveals the grotesquely human nature of the executive citizen and questions the threatening prevalence of global economic markets as the new world culture. (Less)

Audio-visual installation in English, German and Japanese ASAGAO-PREVIEW.
An artist's text spoken by three women's voices in three different languages leads through a digital composition about a certain relation between the human being and nature (as a gigantic force) in a mechanized world. The artist shows the human being as an alienated and remote-controlled figure that strolls through shopping malls and finds itself exposed to nature and a world, based on urban areas - traffic - mass medias. The human body starts to float, losing individualism and independence...

Xcorps Action Sports Show #36.) "SKATE" - seg.3 - The action and music roll tight in this Xcorps episode featuring pro skaters from the Warner Bros.sponsored Andale Tour at one of the best skate parks in So Cal. - San Diegos Clairmont skate park.
Hosted by Bob Woodard and Jason Lazo this cool skate themed show rips big from the start with the Andale Tour Posse Danny Gonzales, Patrick Melcher and legend Steve Caballero pulling moves for the Xcorps HD cams.
Also in the show is some great freestyle BMX action along with new music and videos from Suburban Noize bands KINGSPADE and the RIVE promoted band CLUTCH. The usual fun and games on the Xcorps!
Segment one opens with Bob pulling his own moves at the YMCA owned park - designed by Andy McDonald & California Skate Parks and features an X-Games donated monster vert ramp, a Tranny, Street, Vert Ramp and Mini Ramp included in the 40,000 Sq Ft of terrain along with a combi-style pool by Wally Holliday - that to many is the best skate park pool built in SoCal! Great music backing the action here from Sub NoiZe label band XClan. Check.
After the break the action continues cut with the new Kingspade band video 'Who Run This?' Nice moves by all the skaters on the Andale team wrapping up a 12-city U.S. tour branding the Warner Bros Speedy Gonzales character. Local SD hombre John Tuisl rolls BIG in the combi pool - one sweet grind after the other! Skills not easily acquired. Then DRT entertainment and RIVE promoted band Clutch jams the blues with their song Electric Worry mixed with another set of Andale Tour skate moves. Check the special effects! Bob sets up a sick new move by Steve Caballero. After relentless attempts see what made him a legend who is still pulling moves! Bob talks with Cab along with Danny and Patrick about the tour and the signature street board. More nice pool moves from the Phoenix end of the tour here too.
After that its all Southern California with a 30-minute sunset squeezed to 20 seconds rolling with Kingspades song So Cal Weather. Nice fit. Also Xcorps HD cams hung at the park later in the afternoon to catch some sweeeet freestyle BMX moves by the locals to go with the tunes. XC host Jason Lazo phatens up the segment with a cutaway rap with the Kingspade boys - DLoc and Richter at their label in LA. See what they do at home to relax! Look for more featured Sub NoiZe artists on upcoming Xcorps episodes.
The show closes out with Bob touring the park specs on his own board stepped by tunes from Brooklyns original XCLAN featuring Daddy X doing the song Locomation. Cab skates in and throws some love here too! Then it's a big mix of skate moves rolling at the camera from all angles backed with more new tunes. Keeping it fun-fast and simple on the Xcorps.
