A superbly animated, clever and funny short film from Swedish character animator Alli Sadegiani. Through the simplest of plotlines, a single character, a single setting and a little comedy we see human greed laid bare for the idiotic and dangerous thing it is, something we all know is a part of us bubbling beneath the surface, that some keep in check and others fail to with disastrous implications for themselves and the people around them.

“TORNO SUBITO” is our movie. It is the world’s first free movie on the web in HD! To watch it you don’t need to take your car, look for a park and neither get any ticket.
We are not a production company. We are not an association.
We are only a group of people working in cinema industry who have got only one purpose in life: demostrate that is possible make a movie not being “sons of…” or “f**king with…”
We succeded in it? We can’t say it: what do you think? Watch our movie and contac tus!
For us, making a movie is like playing in a team. And the tim who win isnt’ that one made by champions, maybe talented but selfish. The winning team is that one in which really exist the team… where everyone respect his role and the other ones… where the champions give and hand to the newbies… where the score is most important than doing acrobatics… where the team playing believing that with a lot of willing and some good luck, the results will come.
None of us was believing that we will succeed in shooting this movie when we met for the first time. It was a cold afternoon of December. Thanks to the social networks we find ourself. And it happened. We made a movie. We imagined it. We shot it. We edited it. And we distributed it in Italy, reaching about 1 million spectators in three months. Now we want to take our movie abroad. And we want to do it with the help of everyone who knows how to use the web and want to help us.
The film has been shot in high definition. This format permit to print our movie on film and proiect it in cinemas without losing details.
Our feature film cost: nothing
None of us perceived any retribution for this movie. We don't asked for any loan or any financing. Everyone shared what he have to share. Someone put the camera, someother the microphone, some people their experience and some their stomach-ache.
This movie had a low impact on the enviroment. We used flash memories, rewritable infinite times, insthead the normal tapes. Every object you see in the movie has been taken from our garrets or in flee markets. The crew has moved using car sharing or using public buses and trains.

From the start the show goes BIG with wild shots of tow in surfer Garrett McNamara outrunning locomotive waves at Jaws and Teahoopu Tahiti backed by tunes from MOWER. Hang on! The scenes are mellow here too with sweet Oahu island shots of rainbow framed beaches under the waving coconut palms. So Ono!
Jason introduces team HawaiiMana training on the shore and under the water! See their unique method of building strength and lung power using just a big rock! Great UW shots of turtles and fish in their element mixed with irie tunes from reggae Electric Avenue pop master Eddy Grant.
After the break Jason goes from SCUBA to outrigger canoe and then on to the North Shore of Oahu to hang at the Hawaiimana beach crib and some surfing by team members Alisha and Davey Boy Gonsalves, Jason Miller and Oleema Miller.
Then the X cams roll down the beach to V-LAND to catch rising NSSA surf champ Carissa Moore carving and rippin! Jason meets her on the beach for a little interview. She how she gets her training and hear her fun laugh! Then it's back to Garrett towing into another massive thunder tube followed with a smooth exit rolling tight with another Eddy Grant tune - Reparation.
Jason samples some local flavor and crosses the island again to meet with open ocean stand up paddleboard master Aaron Napoleon who leads the Xcams offshore to the turbulent Molokai Channel for a look at this emerging challenging sport! It was a challenge getting these shots in the rolling big waves as Aaron paddled his 15-foot board up and down the deep blue victory at sea swells all captured for our viewers in HD!
Everyone onboard was hanging tight as Aaron paddled the huge water edited with a fresh new music video from San Diego band My American Heart. Nice fit! Jason talks with the HawaiiMana man back at the boat. See what he says about the ride!

Xcorps Action Sports Show #40.) "HELLS CANYON" - seg2 - The Xcorps TV crew rolled 1000 miles north of San Diego to shoot in Hells Canyon Idaho on the Snake River - a remote canyon - at 7000 feet is deeper than the Grand Canyon!
The HD cams rolled BIG on Xcorps host Jason Lazo as he explored the pristine wilderness and ripped UP wild rapids on a 700HP twin 350 jet-boat supplied by Killgore Adventures based in the nearby town of White Bird Idaho-population 150! Jet-boat captain Eric Pardue piloted the custom and super rugged aluminum boat 'Moonshine' with cool skill as up to 5 cameras captured the X action. Also Euro TV producer Radomir Krkic filmed for his show "Fishing World" currenlly airing in Europe.
Idaho is a state that contains some of the most pristine and primitive outdoor areas in the U.S. and The Xcorps felt right at home there! HD cams recorded more than 100 miles of scenic wild Snake River home to sports game fish like Rainbow and Steelhead trout, Salmon, Bass and the massive and primitive river Sturgeon.
Jason baited a line for this monster fish reeling in a near record 9-foot 300 lb beast with great video shots resulting including some from the infamous XC underwater cam! The big fish was released tired but unharmed after the catch.

Terra Madre is a project conceived by Slow Food, the philosophy of which evolved over the the organization’s history and crystallized at its realization that “eating is an agricultural act and producing is a gastronomic act.” Slow Food had always stood for the pleasures of the table, for the importance of good-tasting food, and for the defense of cultures facing growing homogenization as a result of today’s so-called modern rationales regarding production, distribution, and economies of scale. It was where these “rationales” were leading that brought Slow Food to realize the need to protect and support small producers, and to change the systems that put them in danger by bringing together those players with decision-making power: consumers, educational institutions, chefs and cooks, agricultural research entities, NGOs, etc. It became clear that it is only through repeated, cumulative, local action, following a guiding global vision, that a significant impact can be achieved.
Thus Terra Madre was born: To give voice and visibility to the rural food producers who populate our world. To raise their awareness, as well as that of the population at large, of the value of their work. To sustain their ability to work under the best conditions, for all of our good and for the good of the planet. For these reasons, constructing a global network—with information-sharing tools, the means to learn from each other, and opportunities for collaboration in many ways—seemed invaluable. We must continue to have fertile lands, lands on which sprout and grow plants and animals appropriate to those environments, rather than needing to be pumped full of chemicals to make them thrive artificially. And we must also continue to have the people capable of stewarding these lands, to have their know-how, so we can have food that still carries the tastes of our youth.
The inaugural gathering of Terra Madre launched the network in 2004 in Torino, and was on an unprecedented scale. This first edition brought together 5000 producers from 130 countries and shone global media attention on their crisis. The second edition was in 2006, and incorporated an additional 1000 cooks, from renowned to modest, but all aware of their role relative to high-quality food producers. Also in attendance were 400 researchers and academics, seeking to bridge the theory of their work with hands-on practice.
A project of this scope could never have come into being without a dedicated core of partners. Slow Food rallied public institutions as well as local, regional, and national bodies to collectively form the Terra Madre Foundation, further partnering with private companies and numerous like-minded networks, some of which were established specially for the event. http://www.a3film.com - In mid- to late-'60s Britain, an unusual yet colorful subculture sprang up and thrived as a product of the upswing in British pop music, only to meet its doom within a few short years. Though the BBC functioned as the country's main source of news and music, its programmers offered very little airtime to rock & roll -- which left an overwhelming need unfulfilled. In response, small bands of "pirate" radio enthusiasts set up broadcasting towers on boats just outside of English boundary waters, and transmitted signals to an estimated 25 million listeners, 24 hours a day and seven days per week. Unsurprisingly, the DJs who took charge of these broadcasts could rival just about anyone in terms of flamboyance and outsized personalities. With The Boat That Rocked, writer-director Richard Curtis (Love Actually) travels back to the Swinging Sixties and takes a headfirst plunge into this colorful realm. The story opens in 1966, aboard a rusty fishing trawler christened Radio Rock and equipped with pirate broadcasting equipment. Here, the slightly daft elitist Quentin (Bill Nighy) presides over a motley crew of joint-toking, s*x-hungry disc jockeys including Dave (Nick Frost), a heavyset boob who nevertheless considers himself a hot property with women and loves to chase skirts; "The Count" (Philip Seymour Hoffman), an American DJ who aspires to be the first person to drop an F-bomb over the British airwaves; the gloom-laden Irishman Simon (Chris O'Dowd); bonked-out hipster Thick Kevin (Tom Brooke); womanizer Mark (Tom Wisdom); Angus (Rhys Darby), a New Zealander whom nobody likes; and the only female member of the group, lesbian cook Felicity (Katherine Parkinson). These misfits pull off quite a show -- enough of one that they attain the status of national idols for the youth culture -- but the super-conservative government minister Dormandy (Kenneth Branagh) detests the whole business and will do almost anything in his power to shut them down. ~ Nathan Southern, All Movie Guide

Jason intro's a segment on the whacked sport of open ocean high speed water skiing - The Catalina races - held once a year out of Long Beach harbor. Most racers go non-stop completing the circuit in less than 1 hour! Average speed is 70mph.
We shot this segment strapped into an open door rock 'n' roll helicopter the Boeing MD-500 with pilot Larry Etchandy at the controls. Larry is crazy and used to shooting big Hollywood films and he gave us one wild ride resulting in some great action footage. Try flying backwards and sideways just feet in front of an open throttled race boat! New tunes from Maverick artist Paul Oakenfold powers the action. Interviews with the winning skiers on board the ocean liner Queen Mary after the races. See www.xcorpstv.com or www.catalinaskirace.com for more info.

Eric The X Guru Ducharme hosts this segment shot at his pad in Encinitas Ca where several of the motorized units were being assembled. Eric talks to inventor Grant Taylor about the new 46 cc rim drive 4 stroke foot motorcycle and gets to ride one too. This Xcorps episode introduces this new product, which will be popping up on the streets and trails here soon. Extremist and snowboard legend Shawn Farmer is on hand here as well helping with the assembly. If you can stand on a snowboard or ride a skateboard you can roll on a Wheelman says Grant. Action shots of Eric and other riders on the street, track and off road. New music from Maverick band Unloco pumps it up here too. See www.wheelman.com.au for more info.
After that Jason takes us to a new video from the talented Michelle Branch who sings her new tune "Goodbye to You". Check out her wheels, and the forest fire, and the fish! Then Jason opens a new segment that will appear regularly on the show called "A Skate Odessey" - an action film mix from our world of skate. More hard tunes from Unloco and see Erics Moab Utah wipeout! The show wraps with Jason laying down another tune from Swamis Beach along with a little more speed ski footage and a promise of more adrenaline laced episodes. Xcorps Action Sports Show #27.) "CABO" - seg.3 - The Xcorps loves action sports in exotic locations and this show delivers both in high doses with sports fishing off Cabo San Lucas Mexico, Baja offroad racing in the desert and spectacular fire dancing at the Melia Cabo beach resort.
The show opens with music from Maverick Records mega artist Alanis Morissette and XC front man host Bob Woodard in his element - on board captain Randy Hinton's Cabo sportsfisher - the Incognito - heading out into one of the best fishing areas on the planet - the Pacific ocean at the end of the scenic Baja peninsula 1000 miles south of San Diego Ca. Check out the action with Bob and the crew hooking up to striped Marlin in grand Hemingway style! Included are underwater shots of the huge fighting fish along and many scenes of local wildlife such as jumping Grey whales and giant flocks of pelicans. Xcorps promotes tag and release in sports fishing demonstrated by Bob wrestling one of the underwater monsters one handed - getting the hook back and sending it on its way in the mile deep waters below. Music from the So Cal band The Dorados and their song "Hooked On Hookin Up" fits the action like a glove. This band knows their fish songs!
The next segment rolls ashore and into the desert with Bob hooking up with Gala Ancona and Fernando Cancino from Baja Wide Open Adventures for some offroad race action. See the dust fly as Bob straps in and hits the test track with cool music and scenes from Les Claypool's Frog Brigade "Buzzards of Greenhill". Also here is an insane clip of XC host Rat Sult dragging his new V8 sand rod at Glamis dunes Ca. Another good fit thanks to the local Cabo buzzards and our friends at RIVE.
After the break the action returns to the deck of the "Incognito" for more world class hookups with Bob and the boys landing and releasing 2 more Marlin for the X CAMS! After the sun sets its over to the resort for a special look at the nightlife in Cabo with Malabara - an exotic fire dance team-performing. Slow camera shutter speeds capture the flowing fire action as the dancers spin fire to music from island irie legend Eddy Grant doing his song "Everything Irie". Cool hot stuff on Nikki Beach!
The show wraps with Bob sampling a tasty seafood feast prepared by Melia cooks accompanied by a festive mariachi band jamming the classic song "La Bamba"! Viva Mexico! Additional music from Unloco. J.S. Edmondson - 2/06 TrT - 29:30 Closed Captioned.
