HERA is a contemporary film about a young woman constructing her identity. HERA is like a spaceoddyssey to the unknown identity as female.
In urban society women have more options than ever, for example the power to control birth and the expression of different roles of women.
HERA is about a woman’s inner battle without knowing exactly what to find or search for. The set is in a space which doesn’t exist in the real world, but maybe in memory, a dream or even in alternate reality. It doesn't perform a destination, but a journey towards it. HERA expresses questions by assumptions without ever telling the right answer. In the end HERA is desire to breathe throughout everything that happens.
