The Changing Man
"Laugh-out-loud funny."
It's just your average, everyday break up between a girl and her boyfriend, who in this case happens to be the walking signal from the pedestrian light.

File this one under interspecies erotica. In the zany world of The Changing Man, pedestrian traffic lights are actually life-size beings that can date humans. They even have British accents, and turn from red to green depending on their mood.

The hero (voiced by Damien Warren Smith) is definitely seeing red when we meet him. He’s in the middle of breaking up with his girlfriend, Lisa (Trilby Glover). "You have to accept me for the way I am," he says. Apparently she can’t, though whether this has to do with the fact that he’s a bright glowing shape of electro light, or just typical boyfriend-girlfriend stuff, remains unclear.

This movie could have been too abstract to relate to, but naturalistic dialogue and clever effects have a way of making even the most insane situations palatable. The Changing Man is definitely insane. It’s also laugh-out-loud funny right up until the final line, which simply kills.
