I have to admit, I was rooting for Bruce Lee in this one. Don't get me wrong, I like Iron Man as much as the next guy, but he's more of a recent fixture in my life. I don't read comics, so I didn't really know much about ol' Tony Stark until Robert Downey Jr. made such an indelible impression in theaters last summer.

Bruce is a different story. I had all his movies on videotape back in the day (yes, even that f**king piece of s**t Game of Death). Chinese Connection is my favorite. The scene where he kicks the racist sign that says “NO DOGS AND CHINESE ALLOWED” and breaks it into a million pieces has to be one of the great moments in movie history! Hell, I even bought “Bruce Le” and “Bruce Li” movies. Obvious facsimiles, true, but I didn't care. Bruce only had a handful of starring roles, and, like Brandon, he died at an impossibly young age.

But enough about me. This is Monsieur Monsieur Boivin's time to shine, and boy does he ever. This is probably my personal favorite of Boivin's epic fight videos. The Iron Man effects are as good as anything in Favreau's big-budget movie, and, once again, the choreography is as good as anything you're likely to see in stop-motion animation. The twist ending is great. Who knew that the sight of Bruce Lee kicking two hobbits is something I've been waiting to see my whole life?
