Founded in 2006, the Greater Philadelphia Student Film Festival unites the Philadelphia student film community in a forum to celebrate the films they have written, produced, or directed.
This festival accepts submissions to the following main sections: Drama, Comedy, Documentary, Experimental, and Animation.
Anyone who is a undergraduate or graduate student at a university or college within the Philadelphia metropolitan area is eligible to submit.
All films must be under 15 minutes.
All films must have been made after February 15, 2008.
Each film submitted must have it's own submission form.
Each filmmaker can submit up to 3 films.
In each genre, judges select the five “best” films – a “first”, “second,” and “third” place winner, as well as two “honorable mention” films.
