Meryl Streep to Present at 84th Oscars!

All hail Meryl Streep! The greatest living American actress of our time is presenting at the 84th Academy Awards according to telecast producers Brian Grazer and Don Mischer.

Streep is nominated for her performance as Margaret Thatcher in "The Iron Lady," and has received a total of 17 nominations -- the most for any performer in Oscar history!

She took home a Best Supporting Actress Oscar in 1979 for "Kramer vs. Kramer" and the Best Actress award in 1982's "Sophie's Choice."
