So, the 2011 Emmy nominations were announced last night, my home away from home, KMIR6, the NBC affiliate in Palm Springs received the most nominations locally - 8 nods! Yay! (Check out the complete nominations right here)

Last year, I won for Best On-Camera Talent, and this year, I'm nominated for the same category again! I also received a nod for Best Arts/Feature for my story, "Palm Springs - Hollywood of the Stars."

I feel truly blessed and fortunate, and I am very happy! So please pray for me that I win. I know it's cliche to say at least I was nominated, but I want that trophy darn it!

Winners will be announced this June. Our regional Emmy is called the Pacific Southwest which includes the Las Vegas and San Diego markets.
