As if it's a big surprise, but the winners of last year's Academy Awards in the best performance categories will present this year's winners.

Tom Hooper's "The King's Speech" lorded over the festivities at the 83rd annual Academy Awards. The film, nominated for 12 Oscars, won 4 including Best Picture, Director for Tom Hooper, Actor for King Colin Firth, and Original Screenplay for David Seidler.

Tom Hooper's "The King's Speech" dominated the 2011 Oscar nominations with twelve nods (see complete Oscar nominations right here), and now, the Stuttering Foundation is giving the film a hero's welcome.

Alexandre Desplat, the fantastic composer who gave us the haunting scores for "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button," "Twilight Saga: New Moon," and "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1" among others, has been deservingly nominated for a BAFTA award for his work in "The King's Speech."
