We should thank our lucky stars. Because of the immediate exits by ex-producer Brett Ratner and ex-host Eddie Murphy, we now will have a host that truly belongs on the Oscar stage, no other than the super-funny Billy Crystal!

Previously on the Brett Ratner Oscar drama, the "Tower Heist" director mentioned a gay slur, he got in trouble, then yesterday, he resigned as a producer of the 84th Academy Awards.

Should we rejoice? Brett Ratner quit from his position as a producer of the upcoming Oscars. In recent days, the "Tower Heist" director has been involved in a controversy when he mentioned the "F" word, the mean, vile word condescending to gays.
