Troubled by rumored escalating costs ($250 million and counting supposedly), Walt Disney Pictures had second thoughts about making the Jerry Bruckheimer-produced, Gore Verbinski-directed, Johnny Depp-starred "The Lone Ranger."

"One Day?" Feels More Like 20 Years
