Great romances don’t always happen overnight. But we need to wait nearly 20 years for the romance in Lone Scherfig’s One Day to get cooking, and for long stretches it seems as if we’re watching this particular pair of nonstarters hem and haw in real time.

Anne Hathaway was in high spirits when I met her for the "One Day" junket in New York. This was my third time meeting her, and absolutely my favorite interview with her! She was sweet, cordial, and FUN!

It was a pleasure seeing Jim Sturgess again. I interviewed the actor before for "Legend of the Guardians: The Owls of Ga’Hoole" where he voiced the character Soren. This time around, Sturgess stars in the romantic drama "One Day" with Anne Hathaway based on the beloved book by David Nicholls.

I don't know about you, but my appetite is strong for anything "Dark Knight" especially, for anything Christopher Nolan is doing!

When you look at this year's Academy Award nominees for Best Actress, one thing that sticks out is the number of nude scenes the actresses have appeared in. Anne Hathaway (Rachel Getting Married), Angelina Jolie (Changeling), Kate Winslet (The Reader) - these are beautiful and mega-talented young women who have never shied away from on-camera nudity. Their nominations got me thinking about the nature of female sexuality in films.
