Filmmakers Notebook had the pleasure of attending a Q&A the last night of CinemaCon with this summer’s hottest movie superheroes – the new Thor Chris Hemsworth, Rose Huntington-Whiteley from Transformers and Jason Momoa, who will soon be seen playing Conan the Barbarian.

Since Vin Diesel won the Action Star of the Year Award at CinemaCon, Filmmakers Notebook decided to begin with him in Part 2 and then move on to more actors who will be featured in what’s bound to be the adrenaline pumping studio films of the summer including Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively, who are co-starring in “Green Lantern.”

Even though CinemaCon was in Las Vegas a few weeks ago, the actors visiting us in the press room before the awards ceremony on March 31st were promoting spring and summer films that hadn’t been released yet. In fact, most of these movies still haven’t been, so it seems like a good time to share what they had to say.

As I mentioned before, one of the highlights for me at this year’s CinemaCon was having the opportunity to interview Morgan Spurlock, who was awarded the Documentary Filmmaker of the Year Award during the festivities just prior to a screening of the soon to be released "POM Wonderful Presents: The Greatest Movie Ever Sold ," which will be hitting theatres on April 22nd through Sony Picture Classics. So, without further ado, here is Part 2 with Morgan.

One of the highlights for me at this year’s CinemaCon was having the opportunity to interview Morgan Spurlock.

CinemaCon is planning to flex its muscels during the at the inaugural "CinemaCon Big Screen Achievement Awards" ceremony taking place on Thursday evening, March 31, in The Colosseum of Caesars Palace when it honors fan favorite Vin Diesel and big screen newcomer Chris Hemsworth during the festivities.

CinemaCon begins tomorrow, which means four days of screenings, lunches and panels from March 28th through the 31st, culminating in an awards ceremony on Thursday evening at the Caesar's Palace Hotel in Las Vegas.

For me, one of the most fun events I had the pleasure of covering in 2010 was ShoWest, which was held at the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas. Aside from NAB this was the biggest entertainment related event I attended. When it returns next week from March 28-31, 2011 there will be several major changes.
