"Inception" Tops Sound Editors Golden Reel Awards! Check Out Complete List of Winners and Nominees!

Christopher Nolan's "Inception" won big at the Motion Picture Sound Editors Golden Reel Awards. The mind-bending movie took home two awards including best sound editing in the categories of sound effects & foley and music in a feature film.

"The Social Network" is the Best Edited Dramatic Feature According to ACE Eddie Awards

"The Social Network" editors, Angus Wall and Kirk Baxter, won the ACE Eddie Award for Best Edited Dramatic Feature at the 61st Annual ACE Eddie Awards. The David Fincher film beat "Black Swan," "The Fighter," "Inception," and "The King's Speech." We'll see if "The Social Network" will beat those movies (except for "Inception" which was not nominated in favor of "127 Hours") at the upcoming 83rd Academy Awards.

Complete List of 2011 Academy Award Nominations, "The King's Speech" Receives 12 Nods!

The granddaddy of the awards season, the Academy Awards, has unveiled its nominations for the 83rd Oscars! While the usual suspects were given nods, there were still a few surprises. Academy Award-winner Javier Bardem squeezed in and bumped Robert Duvall out from the Best Actor category. Duvall's performance in "Get Low" is nominated for a SAG award but the Academy chose Bardem in his foreign-language nominated film, "Biutiful."
