"Something Borrowed," the movie, is a smart romantic comedy with the right mixture of edge and fun. Bringing the zaniness is Kate Hudson as Darcy, Rachel’s (Ginnifer Goodwin) impetuous and somewhat selfish best friend.

We thought the camera was not rolling yet, so we were talking about the movie, the Coachella Music and Arts Festival, Madonna, and Lauryn Hill! Funny stuff.

In the film, Ginnifer Goodwin (Rachel) and John Krasinski (Ethan) star as longtime friends, and in real-life, they seemed to be BFFs as well. I enjoyed the romantic but biting notion of the film, and it was such a treat seeing these two actors.
